Poor Kylie, when she sleeps she only ends up in the bad place and wake up bloody and hurt.  Unlike Derrick who dream walks to paradise and wakes up free.

No wonder Kylie doesn’t want to dream walk for the Winchesters.  Sam is understanding and says they’ll find another way.
