To celebrate, here is a reclist of all the fics this year (so far) I have really liked. Six months of fabulous Destiel fanfic; peruse, enjoy and don’t forget to Kudos/Comment/Recommend to others!
“It’s highly unusual for a young, healthy man such as yourself to have this sort of pain without a precipitating incident.” At this, Dean’s eyes dart away and he chews his lip again, which solidifies Cas’s suspicion that he hasn’t been given the whole story. Cas uses his most sincere and kind hey-I’m-here-to-help voice. “Mr. Winchester, it’s important that you be honest with me so that I can provide you with the appropriate medical care.”
Having taken the plunge into marriage, Dean and Cas buy a house together. With all their new space and privacy, they finally have the chance to try out some time-intensive scene ideas. A long weekend gives them the perfect opportunity…
Dean was panicking. All he wanted was to enjoy his new purchase, but no, of course it would have to break off inside of him. But, Sam would come out soon and he would help him. That was the perks of having a doctor for a brother. When Sam scoffs at the idea of helping him out, Dean doesn’t expect his own Doctor Sexy to walk into the room. He’s so screwed.
I haven’t read all of these, but I’ve read a bunch that I’ve really liked, so I’d assume the rest are pretty awesome too!! Fic rec reblog, cause that’s what I do!!!
Me. A babysitter. I snorted at the thought. There’s something I’d never thought I’d be. Biker, sure. Race car driver, yeah that could be me. But a babysitter?
What the hell was Gabe? Showing up in the wee hours of the morning in a glitter coated jumpsuit was pretty weird. Stripper had been my first thought. Gabriel was a pretty hunky guy, and he had that swagger goin’ on when he wasn’t freaking out over…everything.
Gabriel’s got enough to deal with, moving and raising his baby brother Cas. When Cas’s “imaginary” little friend Sammy shows up on their doorstep, though, things get complicated fast.
As someone who has experienced child abuse (which ultimately led to acute paranoia and anxiety) first hand, I’m glad this video was made. More people need to be aware that how they treat their children can have a long lasting effect on their child’s health and mental and emotional stability.
This video is very helpful for anyone who suffered or is suffering from childhood abuse…
