2 years ago, in the last week of July, I tore my ACL and my lateral and medial meniscus. After surgery, rehab, and general life bumps in the road, I am finally back to training BJJ. I never caught my breath once during the whole class but I went and it was awesome and I am so happy to be back on the mats. Purple belt, here I come!!

Gabriel knows he successfully fooled Lucifer but the fact that his big brother tried to *kill him* pisses Gabriel off so much that he decides that Mystery Spot needs an encore. Only this time, he locks Lucifer in the time loop so his big brother can kill “Gabriel” over and over again until he gets it out of his fucking system.

Summary: Completing the Trials of Hell didn’t stop with curing a demon. When Metatron stole Castiel’s Grace and completed the spell to eject the angels, he was counting on Dean Codependency Winchester to stop his brother from closing Hell. Too bad for him that he underestimated Sam’s strength and resolve. Now Heaven’s newest Archangel has a huge mess to clean up thanks to a power-mad Scribe of God, and he’s learning on the job. Good thing he has an angel-turned-human best friend to help him get it right and save Heaven and Earth.

Sam turned around quickly to face
his brother. Dean was leaning against the door frame, his arms crossed across
his chest. He wore the biggest smirk Sam had ever seen.
“Uh…I uh…”
“Yeah, yeah…keep thinking, I’m
sure you’ll come up with something.” He kept staring at Sam, not moving. Sam
was suddenly very uncomfortable.
“I was…looking…looking for
something I left out here, Dean.”
“uh-huh.” Dean just kept smiling.
Sam turned and pretended to look
for his lost item again. Dean rolled his eyes and uncrossed his arms, standing
up. He let out a heavy sigh.
“Give it up Sammy, I already know.”
“Know? Know what?” Sam tried to
hold back his worried expression, but the uncertainty in his voice was obvious.
“Dude, just come inside. I put it
in the fridge, ok? You can’t just leave things like that lying around for
hours. It’ll go bad, alright?”
Sam swallowed. “What?”
But Dean just disappeared inside.
Sam took a couple of deep breaths, knowing his secret had been discovered. Dean
was never ever going to let him live this down. He was going to be teased relentlessly.
He ran his hand over the back of his neck, his face red with embarrassment. But
he followed Dean inside anyway.
He walked back into the kitchen to
a surprise. Dean had fresh bacon cheeseburgers – and fries – sitting on the table.
“Dean, what’s this? How did you –“
“They really are so much better
right after they’re cooked, Sam. If you’re gonna do this, you’re gonna do
it right.”
“Did you make these?” Sam was stunned.
“Damn right I did.” Dean’s voice
was not teasing, but proud.
Sam shook his head, embarrassed. “I
really don’t…I mean it was just this one time. I wanted to try the whole bacon cheeseburger
thing.” He looked up at his brother, who was raising his eyebrows.
“I know your secret, Sam. This isn’t
the first burger you’ve hidden from me.”
Sam opened his mouth to protest
but Dean held up his hand.
“Sit down.” Dean’s voice was firm
but playful.” “Eat.”
Sam blushed and sat down, and cautiously
took a bite. The burger was delicious, and Sam closed his eyes, a small “mmmmm”
escaping his lips.
Dean laughed gently, his eyes
crinkling up as he smiled. He took a bite of his own burger, watching Sam eat.
“Listen. I know you have a…a
reputation, or whatever,” Dean said, waving his hand in the air. “But nothing
wrong with a burger every now and then.” Sam kept eating, keeping his eyes on
his brother, nodding.
“But because I like you,” Dean
pointed at Sam, poking him in the arm a few times, “and respect you…I’m gonna pretend
your little… ’guilty pleasure’ thing never even happened.”
Sam swallowed, his ears turning
pink. “Thanks, Dean, I…”

Summary: Dean may not have thought Chuck was listening when he prayed, but he was. What a depowered Archangel Michael is supposed to be able to do to help against Lucifer taking over Heaven and an approaching invasion from another universe’s Heaven’s armies and a much more militant Michael, no one seems to know. Sam thinks the best way to keep the peace is to avoid their Michael so as not to antagonize him with his presence. Michael just wishes he knew how to help Sam remember that he loves him.
As someone that has grown up surrounded by beaches and done surf life saving, I know how the sea works. Lots of people dont. Every summer multiple tourists die here because they don’t respect the sea, if you’re going to the coast, here’s a thing I saw on Facebook.
