Hi!  I checked!  Safe mode is off.  I believe the only way to “submit a post” anonymously is to not be logged in.  For my submits I’ve been opening a page incognito and submitting from there.

Hey, wonderful Anon!  I have to wait for Tumblr to get back to me, my blog has been marked explicit and this is why it won’t let you post. It took me forever to figure this out.  I considered throwing my computer out the window, but that would only have broken the window and not solved my problem soooo…hopefully it will get fixed soon??? *sigh*
