Both of them injured, and waking up beside each other

I know OP didn’t write this post with destiel in mind, but for a moment there I was convinced they wrote it specifically about destiel, specifically to be snarky on tumblr about how freaking ridiculous destiel is with its romantic tropes.
But nope. The OP wasn’t talking about destiel, and yet destiel is pretty much ALL of these tropes anyway.
How anyone can deny destiel at this point is beyond me.
